THE CLUBHOUSE
Est. 1969
Built in 1969 by Bitter End’s first proprietor, Basil Symonette, The Clubhouse began as a refuge for yachtsmen seeking a strong drink and a hearty meal. True to its origins, it was constructed from the remains of Huey Long’s racing yacht, Ondine, and sailors still feel the sense of history in every beam. Today, The Clubhouse remains one of the Caribbean’s most beloved dining rooms: a place for shared meals, sea tales, and kindred spirits from across the globe. Visitors from across the globe come to experience our sea-to-table menu, which features fresh-catch seafood and produce from local farmers and fishermen.
